Having trained internationally in SFX and prosthetic makeup courses, I have worked on independent productions as well as feature films. My Bristol studio is where I make, sculpt, and paint most prosthetics for my clients. It's my ultimate joy to transform people into creatures and characters from other worlds, incorporating fantasy, myth and real life references into my designs. After training on the Oscar Award winning makeup artist, Peter Swords King's course at Bath Academy of Media Makeup, learning realistic special FX makeup, wound and injury simulation for HD TV and film was an essential part of our training. These skills can be transferred to medical training purposes, halloween makeups, zombie runs, media, immersive events and more. Burns, scars, blisters, ageing, blad caps, blood gore, bruises etc, alongside the character breakdown and healing (or not!) process for continuity
